The Secret Wireless War New Release!

Grindelwald Production's latest project, with an eye to capturing national interesting some largely unknown and hitherto undiscovered areas of Britain’s WW2 secret operations in the Woburn and Milton Keynes areas. There were many more secret bases than Bletchley Park and due to the complete secrecy surrounding the operations, Bletchley Park has had all the glory… until now.

The Video is in two parts:

Beyond Bletchley Park

Explores how the WW2 German wireless signals and codes were received, decoded at Bletchley Park and subsequently dispersed back into the field in occupied Europe. Debra interviews RSS listener Bob King, and Geoffrey Pidgeon, then a young SCU 1 installation engineer at Whaddon Hall. They arrive there in an Authentic Packard car used as a mobile transmitter/receiver unit.

Black Propaganda

This follows the development and content
of the WW2 secret British black radio broadcasts against the Germans. We hear fascinating tales from SCU 1 transmitter engineer Phil Luck, and Ingram Murray, son of one of the important Foreign Office officials that shaped the operations. There are visits to the remarkable remains at Potsgrove and Milton Bryan. New secret papers are unearthed from the station manager’s trunk. The film is enhanced by genuine music and news from the last broadcast in 1945.
